  1. Shipping Obligations and Limitations:
    • HARMONTANDBLAINE.COM commits to fulfilling its shipping obligations but is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, industrial action, government intervention, supplier issues, incorrect delivery addresses, or payment failures.
    • Users will be informed of such events as soon as possible. If disruptions last beyond two weeks, users may cancel their order and request a refund in line with the Terms and Conditions.
  2. Delivery Locations and Costs:
    • HARMONTANDBLAINE.COM ships to the UAE, GCC countries, and other international locations, subject to the shipping costs and estimated delivery times agreed upon by the customer during checkout.
    • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout in either local currency or USD.
  3. Shipping Restrictions:
    Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses.
  4. Order Processing Days:
    Orders are processed Saturday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.
  5. Missed Deliveries:
    If no one is available to receive the delivery, the customer may schedule an alternative delivery date or collect their order from the courier as per the instructions provided.
  6. Shipping Options and Delivery Times:
    • Standard Delivery:
      • Delivery within 1-6 working days between 9 am and 5 pm, Sunday to Thursday.
      • Orders placed before 2 pm Sunday to Thursday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday are shipped on Monday.
      • Standard shipping costs AED 125.
    • Express Shipments: Currently unavailable.
  7. Delays Due to External Factors:
    Delivery times may be impacted by situations beyond control, including the COVID-19 pandemic.
  8. Free Shipping Offer:
    Free Next Day shipping is available on all orders over AED 1,000 for shipments within Dubai, UAE.
